I have a Large Double Room available in a modern refurbished four bed flat located in Stepney Green. Which is 875pcm (excluding bills) It's available from the 15th April- 15th September(but can be flexible with move in date!) You'd be taking over my the rest of my tenancy. The deposit would be 5 weeks rent which is £1009.61.

The bedroom is a large double bedroom that's fully furnished. It has a built in wardrobe, large double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and mirror. The room is very spacious could also fit a desk or table if wanted.

The flat has a shared living room which has big windows which let in loads of light, two sofas, a coffee table and a dining table. There's a shared shower room with a separate w/c which has enough space everyone's appliances. As well as a kitchen which has loads of cabinet space, washing machine, microwave and also a coffee machine!!

It's the perfect flat for the spring/summer season. It's got great transport links that are very close to Central London, only 7 minutes from Stepney Green Station (district line) and 10 minutes from Mile End station (central line). Very close to QMUL has many shops (such as Sainsbury's and Asda) and local pubs such as Wetherspoons and the Rusty Bike. Close to parks such as Victoria Park and Mile End park.

The property currently has 4 female students aged 21-22, 2 final year film students (me) , 1 mature s 2nd year languages student and 1 international student who studies Law. It's a sociable flat we often cook together, go out to the pubs, movie night etc. But also respect each others space and do things independently.
