Double room - lodger

I'm seeking a lodger for a double loft room. The house has on or off street parking, and shared living spaces including living room, kitchen, laundry area, a full bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Bills included would be WiFi; i also anticipate gas/water/electric could be included long as its used reasonably:). Length of stay can begin from late Jan/early February, and last for any length of time. It's a priority to get along and make sure it's the right fit for everyone. I'm a professional, single mom, with 2 kids (aged 7 and 11) who are with me Saturday to Wednesdays, and 2 cockapoos. I work in London part of the week and work from home couple days a week too. In general we would not anticipate allowing regular visitors into the home other than principal lodger. Male lodgers not considered.
