I am currently a foreign postgrad student studying at the University of Manchester. Due to some personal reasons, I'm moving out and urged to find someone to take over this contract (Student only).

This is a six-room flat at Unite Student Parkway Gate which is just 8 minute walk to MMU and a 15-minute walk to UOM. My flatmates are all local undergraduates from MMU; they are easygoing and often cook together. We have a large share kitchen which is fully furnished with everything you need.
