THE BEDROOMS:
The double room contains a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, desk, chair, 32'' smart TV, bedside table and a bedside lamp. There is also super-fast 200MB WI-FI available in rooms and throughout the property. The room also contains a hard-wired point for internet too.

COMMUNAL AREAS:
There is a modern kitchen fully equipped with an 8 burner range double cooker, one fridge-freezer, plenty of cupboard space, one washing machine and one tumble dryer. Also included in the kitchen are all utensils, pots, pans, cutlery etc.
The living room is next to the kitchen and contains a large sofa and a smart TV.

There is a weekly communal cleaner and bath matt and tea towel replacement service. We also have a 24 hour call out maintenance team.

The deposit is £400.
