Small double room

I am a professional female working full time from home. I have a small Patterdale Terrier who is friendly but vocal!
I have a small double room with three quarter (4’) bed, wardrobe, drawers and small flatscreen TV with Prime TV. Use of fully fitted kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher, shower room, lounge/diner and small furnished sunny terrace.
My apartment is modern and forms part of a converted Victorian villa, situated on a residential road within walking distance of public transport links, seafront and town centre. On street parking available close by.
Would suit a person in full time employment but not working from home as there is not room for a desk in the bedroom and I use the lounge/diner area.
