I was originally going to be a tenant here however I am no longer studying at the uni, so I am here to find a replacement for my vacant room.

Currently there are 7 other tenants living here, 2 bathrooms and toilets, a washing machine, shared kitchen and living space.

Bills are all included, wifi for the property is with BT.

For university students, you will not need to pay council tax as long as you inform the local council about your status as a student.

Property is less than a minute walk away from the university itself and about 20 minutes away from the town centre and 20-25 minutes away from the train station.

As stated earlier, I was going to be a tenant here for 2024/2025 however as I have dropped out I am unable to provide further details.
