Hi there! I am listing this as the current tenant, my lease is due to end in a few months, however I'm looking to move in with some friends soon, so I'm seeking to find new tenant for the room.

The room is very good value for the rent. It's spacious and well lit, it comes with a wardrobe, bedside table, a desk, chair, and a comfortable double bed. The house has two bathrooms, two refrigerators, a freezer, a washing machine, a gas cooker and oven, and a television, all in good working order. The heating is very effective, and all utility bills (as well as internet and TV licence) are included in the rent. The property is located between a Lidl and an Asda, and there are regular buses to the city centre from several different stops within 2 minutes walk. I've enjoyed living here and would recommend it as a very good deal.

As an advisory, while I am advertising the room, and will organise viewings on request, the new tenant will be arranging the lease with Great North Lettings and Sales. The lease will be for between 6 and 12 months.
