I am doing a semester abroad and need to sublet this room
It will be available from Christmas time onward! (dates i have added below are approximate- enquire for specific dates)

Lovely double bedroom to sublet in a houseshare with 5 other very friendly housemates all in second year, with 3 bathrooms and 2 showers.

Rate is £115 per week with all bills included.

Another of my flatmates is also doing the same as me so there will be 2 rooms available.
