A spacious double room is available from mid-November in a two-bedroom flat located in the heart of Hove. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I'm moving in with partner.

You'll be sharing with a 27-year-old female professional who works as an MFL teacher. She’s incredibly kind, friendly, and considerate, making her an ideal flatmate! While she enjoys socialising and having a chat, she's also respectful of your personal space and mindful of giving you alone time when needed.

The room is spacious with large bay windows that let in plenty of natural light. Happy to leave bed and hanging rail for anyone moving in! There is a separate toilet and shower room. The flat itself is bright and spacious, with a large living area and a modern kitchen that includes a gas hob, oven, fridge, and washing machine—everything you need to feel at home.

Rent is £750 per month, bills on top total comes to approximately £890 per month.

The flat is ideally located in Central Hove, 2 minutes walk from the beach and Church Road. Hove train station is a 10-minute walk away, and there are multiple bus routes that get you into Brighton within 10 minutes.

Contract runs until June 2025, with the option to extend beyond that if you're looking for a long-term place. You will need to pay deposit of £865 and go through referencing checks with our current estate agents.
