TENANCY TAKEOVER - THE FORGE SHEFFIELD

Advertising 2 double ensuite rooms. Separate blocks. Both rooms are in a 5-bed Flat in a Student Housing Site. Room 1 has 1 female flatmate, and 3 male. Room 2 has all male flatmates. The room contains a 3/4 bed, double desk, cabinets, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. There is a communal living and kitchen in the flat. Outside the flat, available on the site, you have a common room with a gym and reception. You also have a basketball court and outdoor seating, a cinema and various study rooms. There is CCTV and it is a keyfob entry so it is very secure. There is no smoking inside the flat, but there are outdoor areas you can smoke in.

Both me and my boyfriend are moving out in June, so the flat will be available from July first until the end of our contract sometime in the start of September {6th I think}. You must be a university student to live in these rooms.

Each block is within a few minutes from each other, and both are on the 5th Floor - there is a lift. The rooms are bills inclusive. The stoves are electric.
