Room includes, double bed, bedding, towels, wardrobe and hangers, 3 drawer bedside cabinet, lamp, 5 drawer chest of drawers.

Remote workers will not be considered.

The room is to the front of the house but it is is a quiet road. Off street parking available. Shared bathroom.

Shared kitchen, living room and dining space.

I have a cat, Ollie who is 10 and is king of the castle, there are no limits to Ollie's access apart from your room.

I work from home 2 days a week. I keep busy during weekday evenings going to fitness classes or out with friends. Weekends I may be out or at home relaxing.

I would likely get on with someone on the quieter side but open to meet anybody I could get on with. Absolutely no smokers. No couples. Easy going please!
