ROOM FOR RENT IN PRIVATE HOUSE.

I am seeking a tenant, as I have a spare room in my house available for rent from the 9th of March 2025.

The room rate is £625 per month and would suit a working professional. No children.

The room is furnished with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe storage.

You will be able to lock your room with a key so you will have total privacy and security

The room has remote controlled blinds and is carpeted.

The bathroom is shared with one other tenant only (currently female.) Note the landlord does not use this bathroom.

The landlord (house owner) also resides at the property. It is my home and would ask that you respect this.
There is a kitchen downstairs where you can prepare your meals. The fridge freezer will be shared with the other tenant. You will have your own cupboards for storage of your dry food, pots and pans etc.

Please note that I have a dog. She is super friendly, so you must like dogs. If you do not like dogs or are afraid of dogs, then this accommodation would not suit you.

The landlord will require a reference from your current employer, and or previous landlord, a DBS check and ID such as a UK valid passport. If you are not from the UK then please provide the relevant documents.

This is a no smoking house.
