Double Room For Rent

I am seeking a tenant, as I have a spare room in my house available for rent from the 1st of March 2025.

The room rate is £650 per month and would suit a working professional. No children.

The room is furnished with a king bed and plenty of wardrobe storage.

The room is carpeted and has a small chest to keep personal belongings in.

The bathroom is not shared with the landlord.

The landlord (house owner) also resides at the property. It is my home and would ask that you respect this.

There is a kitchen downstairs where you can prepare your meals. The fridge freezer will be shared with the landlord . You will have your own cupboards for storage of your dry food, pots and pans etc.

The landlord will require a reference from your current employer, and or previous landlord, a DBS check and ID such as a UK valid passport. If you are not from the UK then please provide the relevant documents.

This is a no smoking house.
