Good size room in pleasant, two-bedroom house in quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by countryside but close to all three main supermarkets [M/sons, S/sbury's, Asda], South Devon College, Paignton ZOO and main bus routes to Torquay, Newton Abbot, Brixham, Totnes and Plymouth. Yalberton Ind. Estate is 6 minute walk. Short bus ride [or a 25-30 min walk] to Paignton centre or 13 mins Totnes. College is short bus ride, or 20 min walk.

Rent includes bills and use of all facilities [including wireless broadband and some telephone] - lounge, dining room, good sized private garden. The room also has storage space in the form of a side 'attic' running the length of the room [18ft]. The TV is freeview.

I am a friendly, easy-going guy, and just ask that you keep the room clean and reasonably tidy, clean up after meals, etc. [the normal things!].
Friendly, decent people are welcome. Females are preferred because of recent problems we've had with guys caused by drinking or drug taking. So please, no heavy drinkers or drug takers! Also, absolutely no smoking in the house.

You will be sharing the house with myself, a female lodger, and possibly one other lodger from time to time.

Deposit required equivalent to 2 weeks rent.

Please note that I'm a naturist, but do let me know if that's a concern.

Rent for stays of less than a week is £20per day.

TWO PEOPLE sharing can be considered for an extra £25pw.
