The four bedroom house comprise of:

All double rooms will come with double bed, large wardrobe, desk/chair and tv point. The single room comes with a 1.5 sized bed (half way between a single and double) with desk/chair and a large wardrobe.

I currently have a double room available for £480 including all bills in January, the bills covered are gas/electric, water, tv license and unlimited wireless internet access and council tax. This room has recently been repainted so looks brand new.

I'm looking for professional for a minimum 6 month contract.

I am a live out landlord renting a no. of homes in Hatfield, all my homes are well maintained so that tenants are happy and comfortable.
