I am a friendly live-in landlord who is looking for a quiet, respectable person who is honest and trustworthy. The successful candidate will be expected to keep their bedroom and all communal areas clean and tidy, especially the shared bathroom. If you are looking for a quiet, hassle-free house, then this is the one for you. I have a dog, so you must like animals.

I am preferably looking for a long-term tenant. I cannot take any smokers or people with pets. References will be required.
