Its a ten minute drive or fifteen minute bus ride from the city centre, on a very regular bus route. Nearby amenities include a wide choice of shops, restaurants and bars, in Woodseats and less than a five minute walk away is Graves Park, the largest park in Sheffield.

The cottage has loads of character (it used to be a dairy)and needs to be viewed to be appreciated.
