Tenancy ends 28/08/2023 (28th August 2023)! It can not be extended past this point. You can take over tenancy starting sometime between 3rd and 28th June, up to you.

Property has 2 showers (with toilets) and an additional one that's just a toilet. Plenty shared between 5 people.

Fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave etc.). Living room, has a TV. WiFi is 200MB and quite reliable and you can ethernet cable in.

House is conveniently located <1min away from a Tesco express. Also <1min from a bus stop that has direct buses to the City Centre(2/2a) or Cribbs Causeway every 20-30 min.

Bills are generally <£50 a month, particularly without heating in the summer.

Housemates are all final year/postgraduate students (some working), a chill group, are willing to make friends or live quietly alongside you depending on preference.
