The room can be available on either a single basis for £650 or a shared couple room basis for £700 per month.

The room is situated at the rear of property 1st floor, it has a large built in double wardrobe and king-sized bed, smart TV, Bt Fibre Internet and sole use of bathroom on the same first floor, as the lodgers on the 2nd floor have their own bedroom with ensuite. You also have use of cloakroom/toilet/utilty room in hallway with washing machine and separate tumble dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, garden on ground floor for those rare summer days lol and a lovely lounge dining room where you can relax, put your feet up and watch all the Netflix films you want free of charge. One off-road parking space is also available by the front door. 

You will have a responsibility to help keep the common areas of the house clean and tidy with the existing roommates and, of course, your own room.

All bills are within the rent price being asked, including utilities, council tax, and Netflix. This is a happy and social home with nice natured lodgers aged between 36 and 50. An ideal applicant should be of simular character and age to the existing roommates, tidy, considerate, and non-smoker preferred or outside smoking only. I also don't discriminate with *** or gender as it's more important to get the right person for the house.

The first person to have a successful viewing and meet my current lodgers secures the room. One months rent plus one months security deposit is required as your first payment and the completion of a lodgers rental agreement, which can be either a 6, or 12 months term. Identification plus proof of occupation is normally required, i.e., passport or driving licence and a recent payslip without references.
