Includes full use of well equipped kitchen, which is open plan with dining area and Lounge to relax and chill out.

Bed linen and towels all provided, however it will the lodgers responsibility to wash them, and keeping the bedroom clean. and tidy.

All the bills are included with super fast broadband. The arrangement is for 7 days a week, working from home occasionally, not full time.

Most weekends tenant will have sole use of the flat. There is no specific parking, but there is generally space off road nearby. On a weekend the flats private space will be availbe. Buses run regularly to Oxford town and the bus stop is right out side the flat.

The live in active landlady is looking for like minded person to share their home. Initially meeting up for a coffee and a chat to check comparability, before making a decision.
