2 month minimum stay for my room!

Looking for a person to take my room for May and June. Also a potential to extend this from July once moved in.

- Located in Stirchley (about 5 min drive from Selly Oak).
- Spacious room living alongside two other male masters students studying at UoB.
- Gym 5 min drive or 20 min walk.
- 20 min walk from Bournville train station.
- The British Oak pub and the new Aldi just down the road too.
- Full surround sound system and projector downstairs.
- 3 bed/2 bath.
- £500 p/m + bills (this can be negotiated).
