The property comes furnished including: Sofa suite and dinning table with chairs in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The bedroom can also be left unfurnished if prefered.

Mowbray street is located just off Heaton Park Road which has friendly independent cafes and is very close proximity to the local Morrisons supermarket store.
