Room features a private bathroom, Bed, desk, Tv and a good usage of storage spaces. Cleaning services are available and free. Kitchenete accessed by one another tenant, there is also a shared kitchen on each floor and available to use.

the collective building also features communal areas such as a games room, cinema room, an outdoor terrace, 24/7 gym ( after a small one time registeration fee) and more.

Laundry space onsite 24/7 available.

The room will be available on April 18, 2023, and the lease will expire on October 28, 2023. I am felexible with the moving day, it can even be from May 1st.
