Just been redecorated this lovely double room with plenty of storage space including a large double mirrored wardrobe, build in cupboard, ottoman bed. The room is situated in a garden flat with shared use of living room/bathroom/kitchen/garden etc.
There is TV, Wifi, Netflix, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all the usual cooking facilities shared with myself.
There is easy access to on road parking and close to local buses routes. This room would suit either a working professional or students as it`s close to Talbot Campus or on bus route to Lansdowne.
I`m a friendly, fun, easy going guy that respects the needs of others and I`m looking for the same in a flatmate that`s clean, tidy, respectful, responsible but also communicates well and can enjoy the values that are part of sharing in the same household.

I have many interests and it would be good to share some of those interests with my new flatmate and share some quality times be it bbq`s in the summer, visiting the local beaches or exploring local nature etc.
