I am looking for a decent human being who would like to join me as a roommate.

I need a female roommate to be responsible, neat, and professional in a very quiet, tidy, clean and peaceful place. The rent for a roommate in a shared double room will be £490.

The flat is in the Hendon area, 2a Renters Avenue, NW4; which is in line with Hendon Way, 8 minutes away from Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Hendon Central Underground Station(Zone 3 Northern Line), Nuffield Gym, and also 11 minutes by bus and 18 minutes by walking away from Middlesex University, so the location is great, easy access to all parts of London; Amazing transportation links! All shops, cafes, post offices and banks are nearby and tennis courts and a park are around the corner.

The shared double room will be ready to move in from the 1st of May onwards. Move-in day is flexible so it could be anytime. Also, the flat is spacious and airy with professional ladies and a safe area.
