My other tennant is also a creative and professional, (He is moving out soon) but there is still a pair room this is a mature household,
nice and relaxed. there is no living room, but you have a spacious room and couch in your bedroom, and there is seating in the shared kitchen. Shared bathroom, wifi and all amenities are covered. £200 deposit and one months rent required upon moving in.
No parties or extra guests unless planned and confirmed between us, this is a temporary option for someone looking for somewhere to stay before moving at affordable rate.
