Hi there new tenant! I am sure you will enjoy this house as much as I have. Unfortunately, I have to leave due to personal reasons but Im sure that it will be a perfect place for you to live in.

Currently we are 2 people in the house, my flatmate and me. She is a very chill person, very outgoing but also enjoys spending time at home.

We normally have movie nights, love to drink a glass of wine together or to go for a walk and enjoy the area around here.

We would like that you consider this is a home and not just a place to live in.

The flat lies within a quiet residential area in south east London. Surrounded by green spaces and many coffee spots, the flat has 3 parks within a short stone throw meaning you're not short of a good walk. Local amenities and DLR station within a 10-15 minute walk and then larger shops and retail within a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes bus.

You can easily be in Shoreditch in 20 minutes with the overground, and in a 10 minute walk you can easily reach the DLR that takes you straight to Canary Wharf.

This location allows you to enjoy quick commutes to all of London while protecting you from the noise, traffic and hustle and bustle of the capital. Ideal for anyone working in Canary Wharf or travelling there frequently. Just round the corner you also have the Excel Centre, O2 Arena and City Airport.

There is a Tesco in a 2 minute walk distance and an ASDA and Sainsburys in a 15 mins walk, as well as gyms and restaurants.
