Looking for roommates!

I am currently finishing the furnishing of my 3 bed property in Northampton. This a new build house with a garden, 2 allocated parkings and on road parking. The top floor is a very large bedroom with an ensuite so you would have the top floor all to yourself.

The second bedroom is a double room and is on the first floor with a shared bathroom.

I currently help my disabled mom so will be out of the house a lot. I am a social, friendly and upbeat.
The house will be fully furnished by 31st of May for move in. Unfortunately I dont do couples unless youre willing to take the whole place for the same amount each bedroom goes up to. But I cannot do families.

- 10 minutes to and from Northampton station by wheels
- 12 minutes to and from Northampton University by Wheels.
- 10 minutes to Town Centre
